Digipol Visitors Terms and Conditions

Officers of the Security agencies including Police, Defense and Special Wings of Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Electronics & IT, Ministry of Space and Nuclear Research are allowed to register under Visitors Login.

Employees of the private companies and private security agencies and security product vendors are strictly not allowed to register as visitors.

General

1. Registering at Digipol doesn’t automatically qualify for accessing services from the Digipol website.
2. Employees of the Security Forces registering at Digipol should be qualified through our vetting process for authenticity of the information provided.
3. The signing person will not breach the trust of the various Exhibiting companies, that are disclosing their product details.
4. You are solely responsible for the information published and Digipol will not vouch for the information published by you.
5. It is duly expected that the signing person (officer) should be duly authorised by his department for participation at the summit though the Digipol management doesn’t verify such documentation.
6. The signing person acknowledges that all the furnished information by him or her is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.



• 1. Account Terms

  1. To access and use the Services, you must register for a Digipol account. To complete your Account registration, you must provide us with your full official name, agency name (Eg., IAF / NIA / Karnataka Police etc.), agency address, phone number, a valid official email address, and any other information indicated as required. We may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
  2. You confirm that you are receiving any Services provided by Digipol for the purposes of carrying on an official activity and not for any personal, household or family purpose.
  3. You acknowledge that Digipol will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to Digipol and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Your email communications with Digipol can only be authenticated if they come from your Primary Email Address.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Digipol cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
  5. You agree not to access the Services or monitor any material or information from the Services using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means.
  6. You are solely responsible for the information published and Digipol will not vouch for the information published by you.
  7. The Audio and Video recording of the event in any form is not allowed. However, photography is allowed at all places inside the Expo.
