Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions for investors interested in evaluating Startups and other investment seekers registered at Digipol.

1. By registering as an investor ( Individual / Enterprise / Venture Capital Firm) at Digipol, you hereby agree to adhere to all terms and conditions as listed on the website.
2. The Digipol Investor Forum will be conducted at GITAM Campus, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from 11th February – 12th February 2026.
3. Only Indian nationals are eligible to participate in the Digipol Investor Forum. Foreign nationals interested in registering should apply for permission from the Digipol organising team in advance.
4. Participation in the Digipol Investors Forum is free of charge.
5. Each investment team can consist of up to 6 Participants. It is possible to participate individually (1 team member). Each Participant can be part of only one Team.
6. Each Company, in order to declare interest in the Digipol Investor Forum, must send the Application to the Organizer via a dedicated form available at the following URL address: www.digipo.org/investors.
7. Submitting the Application also means that the person who sends the Application on the Company’s behalf has read the Privacy Policy and he/she is authorized to act on behalf of the Company.
8. Application for registration shall begin on the 18 August 2025 at 9:00 AM and end on the 25th of October 2025 at 11:59 PM. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the deadline of the application.
9. The proposed investment seekers are screened through Digipol Security Hackathon to be conducted from 19th January to 24th January 2026.
10. By applying for the Digipol Investor Forum, the Company grants the Organizers a right to share information about the Company in publications related to the Digipol Expo and Conference.
11. At the Digipol Investors Forum a separate conferencing facilities are created for due handshake and evaluation of various technologies proposed by the investment seekers.
12. The investors can choose their interested partners and technology developers for their mutual benefit.
13. Digipol is not liable for any information about innovation or product demonstrated or discussed by the investment seekers. The investors needs to do due diligence of the investment seekers for their product relevance and authenticity of the information provided.
14. The Digipol Investors Summit will be conducted at GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Hence all participants need to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
15. Digipol is a networking platform to showcase latest innovations on the security domain. Hence investors should be prepared to align their investment portfolio in that direction.
16. The investors participating in the Forum should not demand “fees” or “subscription” in any form from the investment seeker.
17. By registering as an investor, you do not automatically qualify to attend Digipol Investors Forum. A team of experts will approve the received application after due diligence and a confirmation is sent upon approval.
18. The investors are not allowed to the conference arena of the Digipol (which is strictly mean for Police and Defense officers only). However the investors are allowed into all other pavilions of the Expo.
19. Digipol is a platform connecting various stakeholders of Security and Defense institutions. Digipol is not responsible for any misinformation or misleading of delegates by other participants of the Expo.
20. If the organisers find any breach of these terms by the participants, they will be barred from future participation and also might be subjected to legal action.
21. The Organizer reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms, including changing the date of the Digipol Investors Forum or cancelling it, for important reasons, such as a state of emergency, natural disaster withdrawal of all Partners and Sponsors, or a change in the law making it impossible to organize the DIF in the currently indicated manner.
